On the planet Krypton, the scientist Jor-El predicts the planet will explode soon. But the planet leader and other people don’t trust his prediction. Jor-El decides to construct a rocket that will save his son and bring him to another planet: Earth.
Young Kal-El arrives on Earth and is found and adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent. They soon discover that their son Clark possesses super powers. As Clark Kent grows, he begins to be Superboy, a crime fighter. After high school, Clark Kent’s parents die and Superboy moves to Metropolis and becomes Superman.
